Double Automatic Standard-duty 4” indexing compactor
The Double Automatic Standard-Duty Marshall Compactor compacts two 4in (102mm) asphalt specimens simultaneously in indexing molds. Bevel-face hammers and indexing base plates produce a consistent kneading action during compaction. Moulds rest on steel plates covering large oak pedestals during compaction. A powerful motor operates the hammer and indexing feature and the automatic counter automatically shuts off operation at the required number of blows. 10lb (4.54kg) bevel-face hammers and MSA-101 4in mould, base, and collar assemblies
are included.
